Arthur was born in 1908. He was the son of William McWhorter and Allie Moran. He passed away in 1972.
He married Agnes Sanders on 10 March 1934 in Newport, Campbell, Kentucky.
Arthur passed away on 6 September 1972 in Cincinnati, Hamilton, Ohio followed with burial at the Oak Hill Cemetery (Plot: OL-15-295-12) in Glendale, Hamilton County, Ohio.
