Frank was born in 1891. He was the son of Frank McWhorter and Amanda Forman. He passed away in 1919.
He married Isabelle Hawley on 5 February 1917 in Niagara, Niagara, New York. Their child was Frank J. McWhorter (1919–Deceased).
Frank passed away on 15 February 1919 in Alexandria, Virginia followed with burial at the Spring Grove Cemetery (Plot: Grdn. LN, Sec. 74, Lot 18, Sp. 8) in Cincinnati, Hamilton County, Ohio.
