Biography
Alta was born in 1931. She was the daughter of Eura McWhorter and Mary George. She passed away in 2019.
She married James Edward Rice Sr in 1947. Their children were David Eugene Rice, Ronald Allen Rice and James Edward Rice, Jr (?-2008).
Eloise was a loving homemaker, wife and mother, who enjoyed watching T.V. and reading her Bible. She was a member of the former Hamden Nazarene Church, where she was a Sunday School teacher for over 50 years, along with serving as church treasurer and director of the church Christmas play for many years.
Eloise passed away on 13 June 2019 in Gallipolis, Gallia, Ohio followed with burial at the at the Hamden Cemetery in Hamden, Vinton, Ohio.
