Biography

Harriet Emily McWhirter (married name Murray) was born in 1883 in Sale, Victoria, Australia, the daughter of Sarah (Galvin) McWhirter and Robert McWhirter.^{[citation needed]}

She married Norman Murray in 1909 in Victoria.^[1] Their children were:

• Robert Norman Murray (1913–?)^[2]
• Una Blanche Murray (1917–?)^[3]

Harriet died on 22 June 1976 in Malvern East, Victoria.^[4] Her remains were buried at the Yan Yean Cemetery in Yan Yean, Victoria.
