Richard McMahon was a Civil Servant in the American Revolution.

Richard was born circa 1725 at Ireland. He was the son of Col William McMachen and Elizabeth Blair?(Brooks?).

He married Agnes Lilburn circa 1746.

Richard died in Hardin County, Kentucky. Richard's will was probated on 20 July 1816 in Logan County, Kentucky. Equity Box 6, case number 86. He died intestate.
