Grew up in Howard, Kansas Bachelor in Education (emphasis in social studies/History) from Emporia, Kansas State University (then known as Kansas State Teachers College at Emporia) Masters Degree from Wichita State University Recently retired from 53 years of teaching at Osawatomie, Kansas High School Wife deceased and remarried a little over a year ago 1 daughter who works as a para with disabled children in Olathe, Kansas Love to travel especially to national parks, historic sites and genealogical sites Enjoy watching baseball, basketball, football especially Kansas Jayhawks, Kansas City Royals and Kansas City Chiefs Current wife is from Denver and trying to convert me to the Broncos and I'm trying to convert her, a highly trained classical musician, to country music (took her to see the Oak Ridge Boys and she loved the bass especially on "Elvira.") I love Broadway musicals but my classical wife does not Presently keeping residences in Denver and Osawatomie but looking to settle permanently in the Kansas City area (Huge concession on her part!)
