Thomas, son of Michael Hunte & Marie Hunte, was born in 1637 and baptised on 28 September 1637 in St Werburgh, Bristol, England.[1]
Soon after his father’s death on the 24 August 1653, Thomas was bound as an apprentice to Walter Wellicot (wife Katherine) a Bristol mariner[2].
