Isaac Hall, son of Isaac Hall & Hannah, was born in 1756 and baptised on 15 August 1756 in Harpswell, Cumberland, Maine, United States.[1]

Isaac Hall married Elizabeth Hasy on 9 January 1783 in Harpswell, Cumberland, Maine, United States.[2]

He was married (2nd) 27 Feb 1817 at St. George, ME, to Sarah KELLER.[3]

Isaac was a minister.

Military Service – Revolutionary War – Sarah’s widow’s pension [W653] and BLW [#26593-160-55] state: MA Line, soldier [Isaac] applied 26 Sep 1832 Waldo Co. ME aged 75, he enlisted at Harpswell MA (ME) and he was born there 29 Jun 1757 and after Rev War he lived in Harpswell, St. George, Knox and Montville all in ME, widow applied 2 Mar 1853 Waldo Co. ME, soldier married Sarah Keller on 27 Feb 1817 at St. George MA (ME) and soldier died 28 Nov 1844, a Margaret Hall and Elizabeth Hall made affidavit 23 Mar 1853 in Waldo Co. ME but no relationship stated, widow applied for BLW 27 Mar 1855 aged 75.[4]

Ebenezer Francis’ regt.; pay abstract for mileage from home to Dorchester Heights, sworn to 20 Aug 1776; mileage (170 miles) allowed said Hall; also, same co. and regt.; pay abstract for travel allowance from Dorchester Heights home, etc.; said Hall credited with allowance for 8 days (160 miles); warrant allowed in Council 29 Nov 1776; also, muster roll of men enlisted by Capt. John Snow for service at Harpswell from Jul 1777, to 7 Dec 1777, 5 mos.; also, list of men raised in Cumberland Co. to serve as militia, agreeable to resolve of 20 Apr 1778, as returned by Brig. Lemuel Thompson, dated Brunswick, 1 Jul 1778; engaged for town of Harpswell; also, Corporal, Capt. Abraham Tyler’s co., Col. Thomas Poor’s regt.; engaged 30 May 1778; discharged 29 Jan 1779; service, 8 mos. 20 days, at North river, NY, including 20 days (400 miles) travel home; also, same co. and regt.; pay roll for Sep 1778, dated Fort Clinton; also, same co. and regt.; pay rolls for Nov and Dec, 1778, dated King’s Ferry.[5][6]

Isaac Hall collected a pension and died on 25 November 1844 in Maine, United States.[7][8] Isaac Hall was mentioned on a memorial in Knox Ridge Cemetery, Knox, Waldo County, Maine, United States with a death date of 28 November 1844.[9]
