Jean Grant was born on September 28, 1705 in Scotland, daughter of James Grant (1679–1747) and Anne Colquhoun (1685–1724).[1]
Jean (17) married William Duff (26) (born in 1696 in Scotland; son of William (Duff) Duff of Dipple and Jean (Gordon) Gordon Lady Dipple) about 1723 in Banffshire. She was his second wife.
