Someone else then added this John Duldraeggan Grant as spouse of this Catherine Grant 1746-abt. 1780, and I do not know if these are suppose to be the same Catherine.
John Duldraeggan Grant 1737 1802 had an illegitimate son with Caroline [perhaps last name either Grant or Urquhart] and he is Alexander Alex Grant 1756 1851. This John then married Catherine Grant and had 8 kids with her, the eldest being Major [East India Co] Angus Grant, the only sibling to not emigrate with their father John to Glengarry Canada, and this Catherine Grant was apparently dead by 1785 when they left Scotland. They arrived Glengarry 1786 and John acquired Lots 25&26 SSSBRR aka Street Road Charlottenburg Glengarry. John then married Mary McIntyre in 1787 at Montreal, and had 8 more kids with her; the last being Alpin Grant born 1802, the year father John died.
