Heya, Phil -- I kind of jumped in and added Julia Bushell's date of birth, because it also needed adjusting in the biography text, and I didn't want you to try to match the "style" (heh .. "style" indeed) of what I already had there. This way there is continuity and consistency with the existing text. (I also threw in a citation for the date, moving the other one down below Sources .. and added a Find a grave citation, even though that states a different cemetery than the one in the other documents. (Which is why that one is also under Sources, and not attached to the statement in the biography.))

Hope you are staying well in these troublesome days.

Affiliate template page

Gateway Descendants from Edward III (project)

sorry - thought Charlemagne was a project, but it's just a category: Descendants of Charlemagne

also, you mentioned your Magna Carta lineage is through marriage/inheritance. The Magna Carta project recognizes lineal descendants only.

Another project you may be interested in is the EuroAristo project

Cheers, Liz

edited so links would be clickable text instead of raw URLs

Hi! you posted a question to my profile that asked, in part, how to "become involved in the 'magna carta' project - without becoming enmeshed in the ' gateway pioneers ' aspect?" Sorry, but that aspect is the raison d'etre of the project. To be an active member, you'd need to work on a trail from a Gateway (as defined by the project). Other projects, such as Edward III & Charlemagne might suit you better.

If you simply wanted to help us watch over profiles that were of interest to you, you are welcome to join the Google Group - just add {Magna Carta Project Affiliate} to your profile (double the braces for the template to work).

Cheers, Liz

P.S. links in my next comment (I ran out of room).

I messed my confirm date up. I was trying to merge an erroneous profile away by merging it into my own profile. That reset the confirm date. No worries.

Hi Phil,

I just saw your comment on my page and I looked at Debosco-5. It appears that your problem is solved because it has just been orphaned. Good job!

On William FitzRobert's profile, you left the note: "3rd line, 3rd para of Bio: should it be .."madejohn" .. or .."made john"..?"

Thanks for pointing this out, but remember that Wikitree and the profiles belong to all of us. As such, we welcome having people edit the biographies when they come across errors. I would've been happy to have you fix it!

Darlene - Co-Leader, European Aristocrats Project

P.S. It needed to be "made John..." Thanks again!!

Hello Phil! A profile's manager has the power to edit the LNAB, (I can't remember if the trusted list can, so I have to double check). But just because a profile is 'open', and editors can edit the bio and regular vitals... they can't touch the LNAB.
