Biography
Johann Gansshorn served with 2nd Battalion, Bedford County Militia, Pennsylvania Militia during the American Revolution.
Johann Gansshorn is a DAR Patriot Ancestor, A045948.
Johann was born 19 March 1725 in Bammental, Heidelberg, Baden, German. He was the son of Johann Gansshorn.[1][2]
He married Susanna Elizabeth Bückle, daughter of Johann Adam and Marie Veronika (Wild) Bückle, on 6 Jan. 1746 in Neckargemünd. [2]
He passed away in 1806.[1]
Johann was the first generation of Ganshorns/Gansshorns to immigrate to America.
