Corporal Abraham Freese served with Capt. Nathaniel Fales' Company, Massachusetts Militia during the American Revolution.

Abraham was born about 1749 to parents John Freese and Mary Wormwood.[citation needed] His place of birth is unknown.

Abraham married Hannah Whittemore on June 25th, 1777 in Salem, Essex, Massachusetts.[1][2] They had the following children:

  3. Isaac Freese
  4. Retire Freese
  5. Abraham Freese
  6. Hannah Freese
  7. Jonathan Freese

Abraham passed away about 1800 in Orono, Penobscot, Massachusetts (now Maine).[citation needed] He is buried in Riverside Cemetery in Orono, Penobscot, Maine.[3]
