Appears that Demott-14 and Demotte-17 are the same man. There were several spellings of the surname ... in my family it is DeMotte, but I've also seen Demut. I don't know how to represent multiple spellings of the same man's name. Can someone who knows how make a merge that allows descendants with multiple spellings to find their folk?
