Biography

Frederick Redmond "Fred" Collier was born on 5 October 1885 in Collingwood, Victoria, Australia, the son of Daniel Henry Collier and Catherine Collier.^[1][2]

He was a celebrated singer.^[2]

He married Elsy Louise Treweek on 12 January 1910 at St. Philip's Church of England in Abbotsford, Victoria.^[3][4] Their daughter was:

• Elva Redmond Collier (1911?–2001)^[5]

In 1925, Fred was living in England.^[6] He and his family returned to Victoria around 1934.^[7]

Elsy died in November 1953.^[5]

Frederick died on 14 October 1964 in South Yarra, Victoria, aged 79 years.^[2]William died in 1928 in Cheltenham, Victoria, aged 69 years.^[8]
