On the 1850 US Census, George and Sally Brown were recorded as 34 and 30 years old, married with 2 children: Benton B. Brown: age 11; and Melissa D. Brown, 7 years old. They were living in Danville, Montour County, Pennsylvania, USA. George was the town's "Dentist". His real estate was valued at $3,000 US dollars. [1]
