Biography

Samuel Bare was born 18 October, 1702 or 20 April, 1704 in Wenham, Essex, Massachusetts Bay Colony, British Colonial America. His father was John Bare and his mother Hanah. 2 birth dates are recorded in Wenham VR. [1][2]

Samuel Bear married Mary Bishop on 25 January, 1727, in Holland Hampden, Massachusetts[3]

Captain Samuel Bear, b. Wenham, Essex, Massachusetts b. 20 Apr 1704, Master Mariner . . . Died before 11 April 1748, when administration of his estate was granted. [4]
