Peter served in the American Revolution. On 14 August 1777, he was a private in Captain Samuel Johnson's company, Colonel Johnson's Regiment.[3][4][5]
Peter passed away at age 74 on 23 May 1829 in Antrim, Hillsborough County, New Hampshire, USA. He is buried in the Meeting House Cemetery in Antrim, Hillsborough County, New Hampshire.[6]
