Arthur Lewin Baldwin, son of John Thomas Baldwin and Theresa Georgiana Lewin, ^[1] was born in about January 1897 in Lancaster, Lancashire. ^{[1] [2]} He died in about August 1943, his death was registered in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire. ^[3] He was buried on 14 August 1943 in Carlton Cemetery, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire. ^[4]
