Is there a reliable source for the name suffix "Sr." that shows he was referred to by this suffix during his life? If not, it should be removed.

Adams-27933 and Adams-995 appear to represent the same person because: Other than the middle name listed, these appear to be the same person. Unclear if Allen was his actual middle or just a "nick name" - both could be listed as possible names if there is evidince.

The death date on Adams-995 appears to be the correct one and matches with the Adams-27933 biography section.

I question the veracity of the info on this individual being a Justice of the peace in GA. I have way too many 5th-GGFs so my research on James is limited but this bit of info just doesn't square with his geographic range. I'm sorry I didn't find the exisitng James when I created him and will happily improve the merge.

I know this is an old comment, but just to clarify - that county is in Virginia (VA) not Georgia (GA). I've corrected the typo
