Private Asa Adams served with 2nd Connecticut Regiment, Continental Army during the American Revolution.

Asa Adams (son of Thomas Adams and Mary Partridge) was born March 26, 1757 in Medway, Worcester County, Massachusetts, and died February 20, 1828 in Eden, Vermont. Asa married Abigail Curtis on 30 August 1777 in Medway, Suffolk, Massachusetts, United States.^[1]

Asa Adams served with Massachusetts Militia - Canadian Expedition 1776 (Col. Benedict Arnold's Regiment, MA), Rhode Island Campaign, 1778 ^[2] and then the 2nd Connecticut Regt. as a Life Guard 1778-1780. ^[3]
