Henry, Esq., son of Henry and Prudence (Frary) Adams, b. in Medfield, May 24, 1702, m. Aug. 15, 1726, Jemima Morse, dau. of Hon. Joshua and Elizabeth (Penniman) Morse of Medfield, b. March 16, 1709, d. 1785. He was appointed coroner by King George III, for Massachusetts Bay in 1743; was selectman. His bible, published in Edinburg in 1729, is in the possession of his great grandson, Henry S. Adams, at Paola, Kan. He d. in Medfield, Nov. 3, 1782.
Henry was born in Medfield on March 24, 1701-2 to Henry and Prudence Frary Adams, and baptized there on March 26[1]
He is the father of the Rev. Amos Adams, of Roxbury
Henry retained the homestead, served as coroner one year and as selectman several years. [2]
Henry married Jemima Morse. Their children were:[3].
Henry died in Medfield on November 3, 1782, outlived by Jemima.[4]. [5]
