Biography
Roxalena, the daughter of John and Sarah (Root) Abbie, was born in Enfield, Hartford County, COnnecticut on 12 July 1751.
She married Simeon Olmsted and they had ten children: Roxalena, Simeon, Joseph, Obadiah, Sarah, Sylvanus, George, Ebenezer, Sarah, and Timothy.
Roxalena died in Enfield on 20 February 1847 and is buried there in the Enfield Street Cemetery next to her husband. [1]
