Biography
Betsey was born in 1780. She is the daughter of Moses Tyler and Rebecca Trowant.
Elizabeth (Betsy) Tyler was the daughter of Moses and Rebecca (Trowant) Tyler. She married 1st Abraham Howe (1776-1817) in 1802[1] and 2nd Zadoc Hinsdale (1763-1839) in 1818[2]. She had three children in her 1st marriage: Louisa (1809-1870), Orvilla (1810-1862), and Fanny (1815-1887) and one daughter in her 2nd marriage: Elizabeth (1820-1892).
Note: Some records list her DOD as 1814 which is an error. She died in 1841. It appears there may have been an error when her headstone was created as the date looks like 1814, but should read 1841. U
