Biography
She was the daughter of James Tait and Rebecca Hudson.
Martha was born about 1782. She passed away in 1856.[1] The official collection of the papers of her brother Judge & US Senator Charles Tait contains a letter between Martha and Charles. After her husband John Wilson's death around 1830, she lived in Monroe County, GA and remarried to Revolutionary War vet William Stewart in 1837. At the end of her life, she lived in Jones County, GA.
