Biography

Annie was born in January 1859 in Arkansas.^[1]

When Annie was about 15 she married Drury Hinkle Morton in 1875. The couple had 12 children: Lurany C. Morton, Miles A Morton, Henry R Morton, Deedie Morton, Jas P Morton, Minnie L Morton, Martha Morton, Sarah J Morton, Sallie Morton, Eddie Morton, Clarence Morton and Frankie Morton.^[2]

In the 1880 census Annie (age 21) was living in Precinct 4, Montague, Texas, United States.^[1]

In the 1900 census Annie (age 41) was living in Barnetz Township, Custer, Oklahoma Territory.^[3]

In the 1910 census Annie (age 51) was living in Barnitz, Custer, Oklahoma.^[4]

In the 1920 census Annie (age 61) was living in Snow Creek, Garfield, Montana.^[5]
