Clarence was born in 1909, the oldest son of Will Mizer and Beulah Rahn.[1] From 1910 through 1930, he was enumerated in his parents' household.
In 1936, when he was 26 years old, he married Opal Craft.[2] Clarence and Opal had one child:
In 1940, Clarence (30), Opal (26) and Joyce (2) were renting a house in Danville for $20/month. Clarence was the proprietor and deliveryman of a milk route.[3]
Clarence worked in the dairy business for many years as both a farmer and as an operator of a "milk route." He and Opal also owned and operated The Mizer Dairy Bar in Danville for many years.
Clarence passed away in 1995[1] and is buried at Workman Cemetery in Knox County, Ohio.[4]
