Biography
Johann Messer migrated from Germany to USA.
Johann Georg Matthias Messer was born on 17 August 1810 in Deindorf. He was the son of farmer Peter Messer and Maria Goesl.
His godfather was Matthias Koller of Schwarzberg.
Known as Johann, he married Walburga Luber on 20 July 1841 in Glaubendorf. They had 6 children in Woppenhof.
After his wife passed away, he immigrated to North America with his children, settling in Buffalo, New York.
He passed away on 20 September 1900 in Buffalo, New York.[1]
