He married Anna Margaretha Schmidt on 5 Feb 1903 in Grimm.
They came to America departing Libau on arriving Cincinnati, Ohio to Port of Quebec on 2 Nov 1906.
George Jacob Groh passed away on 5 Aug 1962 in Windsor, Colorado at the home of his daughter.[2] He is buried in Lakeview Cemetery in Windsor, Colorado.[3]
