F. Beauregard Choate was born on June 23, 1861 in Karnes, Texas, United States, son of James Monroe Choate (1822–1899) and Mary Elizabeth Atkinson (1820–1868).^[1]

In 1880, Beauregard was living in Karnes, Texas, Age: 19, Marital Status: Single; Relation to Head of House: Son. ^[2]

Beauregard (30) married Carrie Estelle Cheshire (18) (born on May 6, 1873 in Crenshaw, Alabama, United States) in 1892.^{[3] [4] [5] [6]} Their daughter was Carrie May Choate (1894–1970).

Beauregard died on July 13, 1904 in Karnes, aged 43. He was buried in Choate Cemetery, Choate, Karnes County, Texas.^{[1] [7]}

Research Notes

There are conflicting dates for his death, death certificates have it as 1904 and headstone shows it as 1908.
