Kathleen Choate was born on January 27, 1930 in Oklahoma, United States, daughter of Idus Marvin Choate (1901–1983) and Bertha Oliver (1899–1941).^[1]

Kathleen married Sidney Vester Wade (born on May 3, 1925 in Oklahoma; son of George Wade Jr.).

In 1940, Kathleen (age about 11) was living in Chickasaw Twp, Chickasaw, Pontotoc, Oklahoma, United States. ^[2]

Kathleen died on May 31, 2012 in Oklahoma, aged 82. She is commemorated at Memorial Park Cemetery, Ada, Pontotoc County, Oklahoma.^[1]
