To join them there would be 2 of their sons Christopher V from Bedford County, Virginia and Austin who may have gone with his parents from --LUNENBURG county, VIRGINIA-- and several of their adult children by these dates also moved there and then moved off afterwards: Christopher Choate V b. 1750 Maryland and his wife Susannah b. 1750 Bedford County, Virginia where they had the eldest group of their children and left Bedford County, Virginia about 1776 for what was called North Carolina Territory and later Tennessee for the county of Washington also joining them by 1805 (possibly as early as 1776-1786) in Hawkins County, TN or Washington County, TN was Austin Choate b. 1748 Maryland and Naomi "Oma" Pyburn b. 1748 Maryland from North Carolina (this could also be considered North Carolina Territory such as Washington or Hawkins County also as no one seems to be specific as to where in NC the youngest group of their children were born) and he met up with his brother in Bedford County, VA to migrate to North Carolina Territory in 1776 to 1786 also) and both of these were brothers sons of Christopher Choate IV and Prudence Staley. Christopher Choate V."s daughter Prudence married in Hawkins County, TN in 1797 Alexander Patterson 2nd Isham Dykes in 1805. Together Austin Choate and Christopher Choate V and their families migrated about 1806 out of this area westward (along the KentuckyTennessee state line )to Jackson County, TN where Austin Coate died in 1810 and Christopher Choate V then traveled south to Warren County, TN by 1812 land records where his 2 daughters of Prudence (Choate) Dykes and her husband Isham Dykes were already living and his other daughter Ellender Choate married William Bost Seitz in 1820. Christopher Choate V and Susannah stayed according to land records in Warren County till 1827 and he moved west to the county of McNary, TN on the Tennessee and Alabama Boarder were he died Sept 1837.
