Hello, Judy. No, I don't have a family connection. In my spare time, I sometimes look for likely duplicates to try to clean up the tree / share potential information between the potentially duplicated profiles. These just happened to be possible duplicates, so I suggested a merger so those with more information can decide if these are the same people or not.

Thank you for calling my attention to the double entries for Brita Helena Lågland 1 and 2, Yes, it is acceptable to merge the double entries. My eyesight has deteriorated and I don't see well enough to catch that.

Merge of Dillon-5188 and Dillon-2916 proposed thank you... People aren't checking anymore. Juest creating. Thank you for letting me know. But you need to check when you create the merge. the lower number should always be the final. You proposed the opposite so it will end up with the later the one created AFTER the one I created.

Hi Larry,

Congratulations on certifying to work on pre-1700 profiles! It’s very important to read and understand the Pre-1700 Profiles page.

Primary sources should always be added to pre-1700 profiles at the time they are created. If you don't have a source for a pre-1700 profile, it would be best to ask for help in the G2G forum before creating the profile. Please review your sourcing style as source you have added do not actually link to a source, they provide details but not a link so others can go to the actual source you have cited.

These profiles for deep ancestors are shared by many, and collaborating on them works best if we all follow the guidelines in the certification quiz.
