Biography
4th great grand-mother. Ann was born in Durness, Scotland on the 8 Feb 1798 to James Anderson and Anne Findlayson.c
On the 5 October 1815 when Anne as about 17 she married Henry Mitchell a mason who worked around Aberdeenshire.
Children born to Anne Anderson and Henry Mitchell were Elizabeth ( Eliza) born at Echt, Aberdeenshire ( 1818-1872) Douglas born 1820 at Banchory Ternam , Kincardineshire, George ( 1821) In Aberdeenshire, Henry ( 1824-1875) also at Fordon Banchory, Anne ( 1828) In Aberdeenshire Margaret ( 1831) Francis ( 1832-1886) in Kincardineshire , Jean ( 1833-) and Hellen ( 1834- 1905) back to Aberdeenshire.
Anne passed away in Stains , Aberdeenshire Scotland on thein 1855.
