Margaret Peffers Anderson was born on 23 August 1911 in Dirleton, Haddingtonshire, daughter of George Anderson and Mary (Peffers) Anderson. ^[1]

In the 1921 census Maggie (age 10) was in Ormiston, East Lothian, Scotland.^[2]

In 1961 she was living at East Barnes, Dunbar, East Lothian. ^[3]

She died on 7 October 2002 at Lammermuir House, Dunbar, East Lothian, age 91 years. She was a retired farm worker. ^[4]
