Biography

Sarah was born in 1857 in Canada, United States, to John Winters and Sarah McKittrick^[1]. In 1871 and 1881 she lived with her family in Barrie, Ontario^[2][3].

In 1906 she married Francis M. Richards in King County, Washington^[4]. She died in 1927 in Seattle^[1], and is buried there in the Mount Pleasant Cemetery^[5].
