Peter was born in 1816. He was the son of Adrian Winne and Sarah Van Zandt.
Peter married Maria Beller on 1 Aug 1846 in Union Dutch Reformed Church, Unionville, Albany, New York, United States.
He passed away in 1908. He is buried in the Mount Pleasant Cemetery, New Salem, Albany County, New York, USA.
