The original date provided was 25 Jan 1739, but examining the actual entry it is clearly 1740 (there is no clear dividing line between 1739 and 1740 as there is for other years in the regsiter and the "1740" is squashed in between closely written lines and is easily missed) Henderson-2297 01:12, 1 December 2019 (UTC)
Buried
31 March 1819
South Petherton, Somerset, England.[2]
Married
24 Jan 1762
Kingsbury Episcopi, Somerset, England
entry shows Thomas Wynes as "of South Petherton, ?Lymman?" and Honor of this parish, spinster; Thomas signed, Honor X her mark; Wit.: John White, John Robins[3]
I have selected his birth date as about the month of his baptism assuming he was baptized shortly thereafter.
From the age (83) given on his burial entry in 1819 he was born about 1736 but there is a John in that slot already. Henderson-2297 01:12, 1 December 2019 (UTC)
