Biography

William Edward Roland "Copper" Whitehead was born about 1905 in Kerrisdale, Victoria, Australia, son of Clarissa Hannah May (Ball) Whitehead and Roland Wesley Whitehead.[1]

Copper died about 1919 in Tarwin Meadows, Victoria, aged about 14 years.[2] His death was the result of an accident — he was riding through a cowshed and the horse slipped and he knocked his head on a post. His remains were buried at Tarwin Meadows Cemetery.
