  • First-hand information. Entered by Linda Turnbow at registration. I quit school and in 1967 married Allen Wiggins and later had my son Jerry in oct. 1969. After a conflict, we divorced. At that time I got my GED and worked for my dad as his bookkeeper and helping him with building houses, grocery stores, and BBQ places doing their bookkeeping. Later on, I married Tom Yachinich after a time I had April, my daughter. Due to abuse, I divorced Tom but worked at a tire store in San Antonio and went to nursing school, and became a texas LVN . I went back to Arlington Texas, and that is where I met my now husband Ronald Sartain while getting my car repaired. We became friends, and we got married, in Choctaw Oklahoma 20 + years ago and we continue on as a retired married couple.

Thanks to everyone that has helped me get my 169 family page fixed here, it changes so often somehow and becomes a distorted mess and has missing information. I had it locked due to all the changes but would like to add more of my family information and I also see that I am a no respond and wonder why ? Thanks , #169 Linda Turnbow

Hello Linda,

To Volunteer just add any surnames of interest into Tags so that you have one tag for each surname and location. By doing that, when you are confirmed as a full member you can then click on those tags, and you'll be taken to a page where you'll see other genealogists who are also following those surnames and locations. I really encourage you to explore the connections it helps you make. :-) Don't forget to Check the Volunteer Box. The button to click is at the bottom of the page and says Add tags and Volunteer. It is rectangular.

When you have done that one of our Greeters will confirm you as a full member so that you can Edit your Profile and enter information into WikiTree.

Gilly,

PS If you encounter a problem let me know so that I can help.

Linda, it looks like you got your email address confirmed - hooray!

To volunteer to add to our shared, worldwide tree, just head over to your WikiTree home page and fill out the short form. Perhaps you'd like to follow the name TURNBOW as a research tag, or you're interested in ENGLAND or the US_CIVIL_WAR. Just pick a few names or places or topics and you'll be all set.

Hi Linda,

The confirmation for WikiTree comes to you as an email, so you may need to check your inbox and spam folder. If you cannot find the email, a new confirmation email can be generated at E-mail confirmation problems.
