Steven was born about 1792. His wife's maiden name was Klapp
Steven is hard to track at this point. 99% of records are for Turnbull's and all of the irish are Turnbull or similar. So far there is only 1 record of S Turnbow to go by. Maybe his last name was changed by a census taker or immigration?
