Mary (Tresise) Nekerwise was born in St Just in Penwith, Cornwall, England.

Birth

Mary was born in 1742 to Joseph Tresise and Mary Rodda, and was christened on 05 Nov 1744 in St Just in Penwith, Cornwall.[1]

Marriage

Mary Tresise married John Nekerwise on 5 February 1766 at St Just in Penwith, Cornwall. Witnesses Thomas Michell and William Reseigh.[2]

Children

They had only one child together:

  1. John Nekerwise, christened on 30 October 1769 at St Just in Penwith, Cornwall.[3]

Death

John passed away in 1784 and was buried at St Just in Penwith, Cornwall on 26 December 1784, leaving Mary a widow.[4]

Mary died shortly after in 1786 and was buried at St Just in Penwith, Cornwall on 10 July 1786. Her death record was annotated with "widow" confirming that this is the Mary in question.[5]
