Sarah Trefry was born circa 1795[1], the daughter of Joshua Pitman Trefry II and Elizabeth Kinney of Yarmouth, Nova Scotia[2]
Circa 1813 she married John Wyman, son of James Wyman I, and they had children[2], including
Sarah Wyman, born 1814, who married Loran Nickerson; and then married Christopher Blackadder on January 25, 1849, and died March 29, 1892
Emeline Wyman, born April 2, 1817; who married Captain Gilbert Allen, son of Captain Thomas Allen I on January 18, 1840
Matilda, June 17, 1819, who married Robert Sadleir in 1841
John C Wyman II, born July 18, 1821, who married Almira Saunders, daughter of Richard Saunders on January 7, 1845
James Wellesley, born January 25 1823, who married Lydia Anne Landers, daughter of Thomas Landers on December 4, 1845; and then married Caroline Baker, daughter of Jonathan Baker III on November 15, 1848; and then married Elizabeth Augusta Power, daughter of Captain Nathaniel Power on June 21, 1860; and who died September 11, 1900
Azubah Ann Wyman, born June 1825, who married a Miller
George Wyman, born March 4, 1828, who died at St. Thomas October 1, 1850 unmarried
Elizabeth Wyman, born June 7, 1852, who died unmarried
Hannah Wyman, born June 4, 1835, who married George W. Riddle
Margaret Wyman, born November 18, 1839, who died unmarried
Sarah Trefry Wyman died in 1868, and is buried in the Yarmouth Mountain Cemetery (West)[3][1]
