Biography
Charles was born about 1926. He is the son of Fred Trautwein and Ora Noe. Charles graduated from Wayne High school in Wayne County West Virginia. He enlisted in the Navy in 1944 and served with the underwater demolition crew during WW2. He was retired from AK Steel in Huntington West Virginia. Burial in Kinnard State Veterans Cemetery, Institute, Kanawha County West Virginia.
