Birth
Hannah Tracy (Tracey) was born on the 8th July 1677 at Norwichtown, Norwich, New London, Connecticut. ^[1] She was the daughter of Lieutenant Jonathan Tracy (1646-1704) and Mary Griswold) (1656-1723). Hannah's mother, Mary Tracy (nee Griswold) married Eleazer Jewett (1673-1748) after the death of her husband.

Marriage and Children
Hannah Tracy married Thomas Davison (1665-1724) on the 28th November, 1695 at Preston, New London, Connecticut. ^[2] Hannah and Thomas Davison had the following known children all born at Preston:

1. Jonathan, b. 30 Aug 1697 ; m. Keziah Parke, 3 Nov 1720, Preston, CT. ; d. Jan 1752, Preston, New London, CT. ; some of their children migrated to Nova Scotia aft expulsion of the Acadians
2. Margaret, b. 8 Mar 1699 ; m. George Holmes, 10 Jul 1719, Ipswich, Essex, MA.; d. 31 Aug 1725, Preston, CT.

Death
Hannah passed away at the age of 73 years, before 23 January 1751, when John Davison's bond as administrator of her estate was executed.

In 1752, John Wiliams complained to the probate court that Hannah Williams and her husband had possession that belonged to the estate.^[3]

In November 1752, Jedediah Williams and Hannah appeared at court with the possessions of her mother Hannah.^[4]

Preston twp. was founded 1687, a plantation situated between Norwich and Stonington. Norwich was founded 1659 at the mouth of the Connecticut River by settlers from Saybrook.
