Biography
Bertha Towler, daughter of John Towler and Elizabeth Louisa Woodward, [1] was born in about July 1870 in Burnley, Lancashire. [2][3] She married Herbert Chilvers in about November 1896, their marriage was registered in Burnley, Lancashire. [4] She died in about August 1948, her death was registered in Burnley, Lancashire. [5]
