Biography

1. Walter was born on October 27, 1907 to [ [Wiley-2108|Annie B Wiley]]. He is an adopted child of Nicholas Toppins. He married (1) Alberta Mae Stollings, daughter of Henry Stollings and Bertha Hager. She was born September 30, 1911 in Ramage, West Virginia, and died March 27, 1949 in Memorial Hospital, Cabell County, West Virginia. He married (2) Alberta "Bertie" Adams. Walter passed away June 21, 1987.
