Biography
TOOPE, Phyllis - Passed away suddenly at her home in Mount Pearl on November 18, 2015. Phyllis Kathleen Toope, aged 58 yrs. Predeceased by her parents, Stuart and Jessie Toope. Leaving to mourn, son Paul, sisters, Karen Christopher (Ray): Berdina Ford (Ray): Dianne Toope: Brothers: Wayne (Teresa): Randy (Della): Keith(Karen): Ernest (Diane); Nephews and nieces, aunts and uncles and a large circle of other relatives and friends. Phyllis was very much involved in her community, Scouting and Guiding, Lions International, Tops and she played the role of FROSTY in the Mount Pearl Frosty Winter Festival for approximately 20 years.
