Biography

James was born in 1703. He was the son of Peter Tomson and Sarah Simmons. He passed away in 1739.

On 20 December 1739, Joseph Tomson of Halifax was granted the administration of his estate.[1]

His inventory was taken on 28 April 1740 in Halifax. His siblings, Peter Tomson, Joseph Tomson, and Sarah, wife of Bozworth, all of Halifax, signed an estate distribution [2]
