Biography
According to the original GEDCOM import, Thomas was born 25 April 1787 in Frederick, Maryland, USA and died after 1840; the only source given was "Ancestry tree", precise tree not given.
A Thomas Titlow appears on the 1820 census of New Market, Shenandoah, Virginia.[1]
Thomas and his wife Barbara were named in an 1827 Frederick County, Maryland equity court case over the estate of Barbara's father Jacob Martin; the case says that Thomas and Barbara were living in Shenandoah County, Virginia.[2]
The GEDCOM import says that Thomas was living in Clinton County, Indiana on the 1840 census; a citation needs to be found.
